HOW IS MY INFORMATION BEING USED?

When you make a purchase with Lavender Lane your email and name are to be filled out before the purchase is successful. This is to help us with refunds, exchanges, and other future purchases. 

IS MY CARD INFORMATION BEING SAVED? 

When you make a purchase with Lavender Lane you are required to fill out information in order for your purchase to be successful. One of those items is your card information, when you enter this information we are not able to see any card information at all. It is NOT saved nor is it available to keep on file. 

ONLINE STORE

We run our website and in person business with Shopify. When your name and email is entered into the system it is saved with the purchase. Shopify protects and stores data securely behind their firewall.
