If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return your purchase within 5 days from the day you received your order. If you received your purchase more than 5 days ago, unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or exchanges anymore.

You’re eligible for a return if your item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be in its original packaging. We’ll also need proof of purchase or a purchase receipt.

Some types of products can’t be returned. These products include bath + body + hair products, candles, and intimate apparel. 

Returns are eligible for either store credit in the amount of which you paid, or you may exchange the item for another product of equal value. 

Items on Sale

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer refunds on sale items. All sales are final on sale items.

Exchanges

If your purchase is damaged or if you ordered the wrong size, in most cases we can replace the item for you. Please get in touch by sending us an email at lavenderlaneboutique605@gmail.com within 3 days after you received your purchase.
